IKnowIt.com This is a fantastic new website! We use this website in class daily. It is math practice according to the State Standards. It is not a free website (I pay for it, not parents), so the students don't have to deal with advertisements. This website can also be used at home to gain more valuable practice.
reflexmath.com This is not a free website, but the school pays for access for all students to use at school, and at home. We will occasionally be using this website at school; however, our main math facts website that we use every day is XtraMath!
khanacademy.org I use this website in class, and the kids and I love it! This is a website that has videos that give step-by-step directions on how to do various math objectives. While there is much more at the higher grade levels, there is still a great deal that upper elementary kids can utilize.

arbookfind.com/UserType.aspx is a wonderful tool from Renaissance Place that allows you to find out if a book is an AR book, what the reading level of the book is, and how many AR points the book is worth. You can use this app on your smart phone as you are shopping in a book store, or on your desktop while shopping online to make sure that you are only purchasing books that are AR, and that the books are in your child's reading level and points. You can also use this app when you are at a public library before borrowing any books.
